with the black sand beach meets the Indian Ocean in front of the property and leads up to the manicured lawns and the 6 x 22 meter infinity pool. Comfortable white sun deck chairs invite for a sunbath while the design lounge sofas are orientated specially for watching the waves or enjoy the sunset.

The kitchen is modern and offers all western comfort with the best of Germany’s quality and American design items, like the refrigerator. There is even a wine cellar with European cave temperatures. The chef prepares an international menu at the highest standards, for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Connected with the open, but air conditioned living room, there is a separate TV room with large plasma screen (61 inch) and a comfortable lounge sofa and chairs , satellite, DVD, professional surround system. At the back of the living room there is a hallway, with an art collection, that leads you to the entrances of three junior bedrooms, one master bedroom and one studio.
