Perched high on the edge of the cliff with uninterrupted 270 degree views. Watching the sunrise in the East over Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan, with views of Tanjung Benoa and Benoa Harbour. Straight ahead raises the majestic mountain ranges of Bali including its largest Mountain Mount Agung across To Mt Batur, Mt Bedugul and Mt Tabanan. Each of the four King size bedroom suites is equipped with telephone, Flat screen TV and DVD player and air conditioning and has a full marble ensuite bathroom. Two of the suites also have two person terrazzo baths with full size windows opening to the gardens and views.

Tucked away is the surprise guest powder room, a cave complete with waterfall and outdoor shower, open to the skies above: mystery and romance hidden in this special spot.

The double doors of the entry open to a cavernous entertaining area, with three lounges, capable of seating twelve guests, and a dining table also capable of seating twelve guests. The fully equipped main kitchen has a separate wine fridge, separate beer and water fridge, plus extra large main fridge, European stainless steel dishwasher, free standing stove and oven, microwave and small appliances. With stacks of storage space for food supplies, and equipped with three styles of china: a Japanese setting for twelve, a green granite setting for everyday, and a flamboyant ‘frangipani’ setting for special dinners, complete with Stanley Rogers cutlery and hand blown Polish glasses.

The secondary kitchen is also fully equipped for service by the house staff.
Relax in the Bale with a drink or perhaps drop in to the air conditioned media room, located underneath the pool, this room has a 43 inch rear pro TV with 6 stack DVD and home theatre surround sound system, plus play station. Lounge back in the extra large built in sofas and immerse yourself in your favourite movie.

Next door is a spa. Treat yourself to a massage treatment in air conditioned comfort as you admire the view of Nusa Penida Island, finishing off with a soak in a deep scented flower bath, all in the privacy of your own villa.

A plunge in the three sided infinity edge pool under the branches of the signature tree of Bali, the Frangipani, is a beautiful way to look back and admire all that the villa has to offer.
